Snap and Savor: Day 3

The Snap

The Savor

To remember the first time we were served fish and rice for breakfast and could all but beg for the waffle course. Now this is the meal that sounded best in our own home this morning.

A reminder that comfort food is cultural. (Cue The Vapors, “I think I’m turning Japanese, I really think so…”)

  1. Definitely not what I would pwg as comfort food! ;-) But, so true that it is cultural…I can remember eating some delicious Thai food for breakfast in BKK that I would never have dreamed of before living there.
