Choices. Woe. Many choices.
We went to the grocery store today. Both of us experienced a sense of overwhelming, perhaps almost a panic. 17 types of jelly? 22 kinds of bread?
The law of expanding options (as my brother-in-law coined it), at its befuddling best. (The “law” defined: The more options there are, the more difficult a decision becomes.)
To remember, where we once longed for options, we now favor simplicity.
